landack
Find a place, check whose land it is with sources that Indigenous peoples run or approve, then write an acknowledgement that says only what you verified.
1. Where is this for?
2. Whose land is it? Check it, don't trust a guess
No tool, this one included, can settle this for you: territories overlap, boundaries are contested, and nations name themselves in their own languages. Look the place up in at least one of these, and where you can, confirm with the nation's own website or cultural office.
This page doesn't pick a nation for you because a wrong answer here is worse than none.
3. Write it
Your acknowledgement
Add at least one nation to see it.
Say it in your own voice and learn how to pronounce the names first. If you can't do that yet, say less.
